Our shower was in very bad shape, as the previous homeowner had done some shoddy repairs that collected stains. GG gave our shower so much love! He cleaned up the ugly edges, replaced the shower plate, regrouted it, and exceeded our expectations. He was organized, polite, and detailed.

I researched tile and grout cleaners and found that Sir Grout had the best ratings. I made an appointment, and Kathryn came by the house for the consultation. She was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, she genuinely wanted me to understand what they offered and then make my own decision.

After accepting the quote, the process was simple, and each benchmark was explained clearly.

The technicians, Meeko and GG, were both sharp, funny, and hardworking. They knew what they were doing and completed the work quickly and politely, even taking time to play with my dogs to make them feel comfortable.

Meeko returned the following day to finish up the job and knocked it out. The results are outstanding.
