Sir Grout responded to my request for an estimate very quickly and even fit me into their schedule on short notice to accommodate a visitor coming to town. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was going on in my shower. While pricey, they did much more than clean the grout and it should last for many years.

The technician did a great job, was very neat and accommodated our 4-month-old puppy's curiosity. We've used the neutral ph cleaner on our tile floors, wood floors, countertops and appliances and are very satisfied with the results.

Kathryn provided us our estimate after reviewing our bathrooms for sealing. She discovered that our new home caulking was not perfect in the showers, so we appreciated that extra effort to provide outstanding customer service. We settled on two different dates so we could get the caulking competed on a shower.

Meeko came on time and provided outstanding service on two locations in our house. He then came back two weeks later to do the other bathrooms. He left our house cleaner than when he arrived. Would highly recommend Sir Grout cleaners, costs were competitive with other companies we got estimates from.

Kathryn & Ann were fantastic to work with! We had Sir Grout re-do 2 showers and a large tub area, and they now look new. We had a small issue after the initial work was done and they corrected it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend their work.

We had our kitchen remodelled except we kept the original tile floors. As a result the cabinets and counters looked fantastic but the floor tile grout was variably discoloured, not dirty. Meeko came in and recolored the grout in kitchen, Butler's pantry and dining room. Meeko arrived on time. He told us what to expect and moved a china cabinet a few feet so the floor under it would be done.

It took most of the day for him to steam clean the floors, and get down on his knees to color the grout lines. It came out beautiful! He left us with instructions on how to maintain the look. I would use Sir Grout again.
